If your skateboard order has not been shipped out from E-SHARK Factory, we allow you to cancel the order.

If your skateboard order has been shipped out from the E-SHARK Factory, we will not be able to cancel order for you, because after the order have been Forwarded to the logistics company, we are no longer operable and cannot intercept the product.

Order with Fast Shipping Option

If your skateboard order has not been shipped out from E-SHARK Factory, we allow you to cancel the order.

If your skateboard order has been shipped out from the E-SHARK Factory, we will not be able to cancel order for you.

3. How to cancel my order?

To cancel the order, please contact our customer service department (Click here) to check the status of your order, if your order was canceled successfully, we will refund you within 3-7 business days.

4. Damages

If there is a/some part of your product you received has quality problem we will send you a replacement part for free and help to replace parts under our guidance. We are responsible for diagnosing and sending free parts until the board is fixed. For example, if we sent a battery and the problem still exists, we will keep sending ESC, Remote, Motors, or whatever is needed until the moment the right part is replaced and the board is fixed.

We reply to all questions within 1-2 days. You can get replacement parts shipped out within 3 days if there is ever an issue with your board.

5. Refund

We can only refund for those canceled orders or orders haven’t been shipped.

Payment of your order will be refund to your account in 3-7 business days.
